Shipping Policy:
All domestic orders are sent via UPS. Other shipping arrangements can be made by phone. Under certain circumstances orders will be sent via United States Postal Service (for example, shipping to p.o. boxes). Return Policy:
All returns must be approved and given an approval code by phone before any returns will be accepted. All returned merchandise must be UNOPENED, SALEABLE, AND IN GOOD CONDITION. CoffeeOutletUSA.com does not assume any responsibility for shipping fees. Items must be shipped via insured and prepaid UPS or US mail. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of sale. Returns will be handled promptly with a credit or exchange. Exceptions would be items that have their own return policy. Items damaged during shipment must be returned with original container. All claims against carriers must go through CoffeeOutletUSA.com.
